Nowadays, I feel the stresses and tensions are approaching me
nearer and nearer..
Oh my god!
The first examination is just around the corner,
That is why i feel so stressed out~
Erm...besides,i also feel that i always have supper
during the night,
And when I wore one of my school trousers,
i realized that the trousers is much tight....
But i have measured my waist.
Still at 28 inches(same like before..)
Weird~why the trousers is tight to me?
If,my weight is gaining now,
what is the issue made me become like that?
HomeworkS?
Examination?
Tensions or stresses?
Or all on the above?
So,how to release my stresses?
Exercise?
I exercise everyday,but it seems doesn't work wor..
Any ways to be recommended?
